As for the accounts or dimensions plan report you may select either mainbook accounts, accounts payables/receivables or any dimension.  

 

Show used accounts only

Check or uncheck this according to your current requirement.  

 

Alt. account codes

If you have assignes alternate (foreign) account- or dimension numbers/codes you may check this box if you want a report to display the Alternative numbers/codes instead of the 'native' account / dimension numbers.

 

Period from and to...

Select the months for which you want transactions to be accumulated into this report.  It prints in four columns:  Opening balance, accumulated debit and credit amounts and finally its closing balance.  As you normally are interested in the opening and closing balances only, the two middle columns are displayed in light grey color.  This color is editable in Settings / GUI settings.
