Create a backup (a copy of the complete accounting)

This is NXAccounts' most important button.

By clicking it you create a complete copy of the current year's accounting data.

You may save the backup to your Onedrive storage location or to local media, like a USB memory stick.

These copies enables you to restore your accounting to any computer in case of computer failure or theft, or office fire!

The app will remind you of the backup feature once you have made too many accounting additions or changes which are not backed up.

However it is a good practice to backup after each session where multiple changes have been made...
